Church welfare software for the people who carry the church's care
Sickness, bereavement, hunger and hard times need a quick, private response. Kanisa OS lets members ask for help without signing in, gives your welfare team a private case file, and reminds them when a visit is due.
Private care files. Only the welfare team and church leaders can read a case.
Follow-up that is not forgotten. Urgent cases are due for follow-up in a day or two, and overdue ones are flagged.
Visits and help given. Record visits, food, rent, fees or other help so the history is clear.
Donated items. Members offer food, clothes and other items. Your team marks them received and gives them to a case.
Money through finance. Welfare asks finance for money. Finance approves and pays, and the welfare team never sees the books.
Can members ask for help without an account?
Yes. A member can send a request from the church's care page, and the team replies through a private link.
Can an assistant admin manage welfare?
Yes. Admins, assistant admins and welfare leaders can all manage cases.
